Takebe Forest Park

An Outdoor Leisure Destination to Enjoy in Every Season

Takebe Forest Park is a nature-filled recreational park located in Tajiko, Takebe-cho, Kita Ward, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. With beautiful seasonal scenery and a wide range of outdoor activities, the park is a popular destination for both local residents and visitors looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the Japanese countryside.

A Wide Variety of Facilities and Outdoor Activities

Takebe Forest Park offers an impressive selection of recreational facilities, including a BMX track, open lawns, a putting golf course, a leisure swimming pool, and an auto campground. Visitors can enjoy different activities throughout the year, from cherry blossom viewing in spring and hydrangea walks in early summer to camping and swimming in summer and colorful autumn foliage later in the year.

One of the park’s highlights is its Cherry Blossom Garden, which features approximately 15,000 cherry trees representing around 100 varieties.
