Flavor combinations include Sakushu black soybeans with Hiruzen Jersey milk and cherry blossoms with salted leaves and sweet bean paste. Comparing the different varieties is part of the fun, as every shop offers its own interpretation of this regional dessert.
With a shelf life of approximately one week, Tsuyama Roll is also an excellent souvenir to take home or share with friends and family. You can find it at eight local Japanese and Western-style confectionery shops in the Tsuyama area.
